Here’s everything you need to know before you visit us:

• No dogs are allowed on site except assistance dogs.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted on site.
• Please show respect to our staff and animals.
• Wash your hands after you touch an animal or a fence.
• Wash your hands before you leave.
• Don’t enter gated areas or animal enclosures.
• Follow all rules on signs around the farm.
• Do not feed any of the animals except with the special food you can purchase in our shop.
• Please report any problems you see with the animals to a member of staff.
• Make sure you dress for the weather – if it has been wet, then it might be muddy.
• You are welcome to bring a picnic to eat on site, but we do have a cafe.
